Quinntessential Journey Affiliate Partner Program Agreement Welcome to the Quinntessential Journey’s Affiliate Partner Program! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern your participation as an affiliate. By joining, you agree to be bound by these terms. 1. Our Mission and Brand Values Quinntessential Journey is committed to supporting conscious wellness through clean, science-backed supplements that protect neurological and cellular health. The brand empowers individuals on alternative healing paths with integrity, transparency, and holistic support. We seek affiliate partners who share our dedication to quality, conscious living, customer care, and holistic wellness. We value individuals who genuinely believe in supporting others on their personal growth journeys. 2. Affiliate Responsibilities Affiliates agree to:

• Promote Quinntessential Journey products ethically and in line with our brand values.
• Avoid misleading or false advertising.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy and consumer protection laws.

3. Affiliate Application and Approval To join, please complete the affiliate application/registration form. We carefully review each application to ensure alignment with our brand. Approval is at our sole discretion. 4. Affiliate Marketing Guidelines We provide a range of marketing materials, including banners, text links, and product feeds, to support your promotional efforts. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Maintain a professional and brand-consistent image.
• Accurately represent our products and services.
• Avoid using deceptive or misleading tactics.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content.
• Do not engage in unsolicited email marketing (spam).
• Respect our trademark and copyright policies.

5. Commission Structure and Payment You will receive a commission for each referred sale that meets the following criteria:

• The customer must have clicked on your unique affiliate link, clicked on your unique link or used your unique coupon code.
• The sale must be completed within 45 days of the initial click.
• The sale must not be subject to returns, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, on the 15th of each month, if not within the Refund Period, via Stripe. If it is still in the Refund Period, Payout will happen on the 15th of next month. Please make sure that you have your Stripe Account set up correctly to receive payments.
• The minimum payout threshold is $20. An affiliate earnings must reach this minimum threshold value to qualify for commission payouts.
• Refund Period: 30 Days. (Please refer to our Refund Policy)

6. Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bid on branded keywords in PPC campaigns.
• Use spammy, fraudulent, or deceptive tactics.
• Modify or misrepresent product details.

7. Program Changes and Termination We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. Termination may occur for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by Quinntessential Journey. 8. Confidentiality You agree to keep all confidential information related to the affiliate program and our business operations strictly confidential. 9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation. 10. Acceptance of Terms By joining our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. 11.
